Dev3pack is a global developer fellowship program for women+ and student developers coming from Web2 and transitioning into Web3.

We are bringing more diversity and sustainability into the Ethereum ecosystem, by training women and student developers coming from Web2.

• Many new developers who are coming from Web2 are not staying in the ecosystem
• Students and women+ need more support than others to enter the industry, especially on the technical side
• Projects fighting in the same developer resource pool for 2 years
• Current Web3 developers just farming hackathons and enjoying hacker houses
• 11,000 full-time developers for a $3T industry
• Around 10% of these developers are founders, as some of them don’t have a product vision
• Web2 devs get lost through some information and stack overload (no top funnel)
• No or lack of follow-up by online educational platforms (mass education, no networking, long bootcamp without human support)

Dev3pack is a global program for underrepresented talents, especially women and students transitioning from Web2 to Web3. We received 6.5K+ applications for our programs, from 100+ countries. We are hosting 4 types of programs:

• Dev3pack bootcamps in Solidity, ZK & privacy, DeFi, vibe coding
• Dev3pack Global Hackathon
• Dev3pack Bridge Accelerator
• Dev3pack Village
