Global Community Expansion
Expand the Dev3pack community internationally through the development of local chapters, regional ambassadors, and ecosystem partnerships (incubators..) across multiple regions to provide education and create startup ecosystems.

Dev3pack Japan Village & ETHGlobal Tokyo
Organizing the Dev3pack Japan Village alongside ETHGlobal Tokyo as a startup village. Starting working on it from mid June.
Devcon India Fellowship, Job Fair & ETHGlobal
Devcon India fellowship, supporting 50+ fellows to attend Devcon for their first time. The one hosted for Devconnect Buenos Aires was really successful. 30% achieved Accommodation (done) Programming
DeFi Builder's Club Follow Up & Final Report
Encourage dev3pack builders to participate into the Arbitrum ecosystem through open-source projects, hackathons, and internal technical sessions on DeFi and Arbitrum.
DeFi Builder School
One week of online bootcamp from user to builder perspective to interact with specific applications as a user, and then learn how to build world-class DeFi applications using Arbitrum Stylus.
Lisk Summer Bootcamp

ENS x Octant Public Goods
We received 2ETH from **ENS PG Builder Grants **to launch the devconnect fellowship, including a special online cohort and the dev3pack village in Argentina.
Persistence Grants
We successfully received 6.4 ETH after the GG24 round related to privacy. We ranked 1st out of 93 projects after delivering our ZK & privacy bootcamp in collaboration with PSE, Aztec, zkVerify, Nillion, Starknet, Mina and Women in Web3 Privacy.
Questbook - Education, Community Growth and Events
We want to involve Web2 developers on Arbitrum and support them build DeFi applications and contribute in the long-term perspective. For this, we want to create a DeFi Builder’s Club powered by Arbitrum.
