✅ Eligibility Requirements

Direct benefit to the network: Each proposal must demonstrate how it will contribute to the mission and be aligned with Community's Covenant.

Disputes: Proposals that do not clearly demonstrate benefit to the network may be disputed and rejected by the Tribunal.

✋ How it Works / How to Participate

Visit the Network Initiatives Pool: Register in the pool on Gardens (with USDGLO), enabling you to create, support, or dispute proposals.

Create or Back Proposals: Share your initiative in a proposal, or add your conviction to existing proposals you want to see funded.

Watch Your Conviction Grow: The longer you support a proposal, the stronger your voting power becomes—growing 50% every 7 days.

🧪 Pool Parameters Explained

Pool Type: Funding – once a proposal reaches sufficient conviction, it will be granted funds.

Token for Voting: USDGLO – fixed voting weight (one person, one vote).

Spending Limit: 25% of the pool remaining

Minimum Conviction: 20% – the percentage of voting power needed for the smallest proposal to pass.

Conviction Growth: 7 days – your support for a proposal ramps up 50% each week you keep your vote staked.

Collateral to Create/Dispute Proposal: 10 CELO – prevents spam proposals/disputes.

Ruling Time: 10 days – the Tribunal Safe (with W3I Core Stewards) must rule on any dispute within 10 days.

Default Abstain Resolution: Rejected – if no decision is made, the proposal is automatically rejected.

Initial Pool Funding: 1000 USDGLO total (500 from W3I DAO treasury + 1.5k requested matching from the Gitcoin Gardens GG23 round).
