As AI agents transition from text generation to executing real financial transactions, enterprises face a major liability bottleneck. Traditional spending limits (e.g. a $100 cap) are insufficient: a prompt-injected or hallucinating agent can stay perfectly under budget while purchasing toxic assets, routing treasury to sanctioned addresses, or executing malicious transactions. Today's organizations cannot deploy money-moving AI agents without a cryptographically secure compliance firewall and a tamper-evident audit substrate that preserves the exact chain of reasoning behind every action for multi-year regulatory review. Veridex provides the control and liability layer for agentic transactions. By using WebAuthn passkeys (P-256) and Universal Session Keys (USKS), we establish a secure pre-execution policy sandbox. When an agent initiates a transaction, Veridex intercepts the reasoning path, validates it against corporate policies in less than 15ms, and generates a cryptographically signed "evidence bundle." The SDK automatically writes this bundle to Filecoin Onchain Cloud (FOC), creating an immutable, retention-locked audit log (WORM) and linking the CID directly to the on-chain transaction. This ensures that every automated decision is auditable, queryable, and verifiable, resolving disputes and satisfying regulatory storage standards.
