“Unfold The Scroll in Vietnam”, organized by Souls Labs, was an educational community webinar designed to activate local builders and introduce the Vietnamese Web3 ecosystem to Scroll’s zkEVM and Open Economy.

The event focused on:

• Activating local builders: Connecting developers, founders, and creators passionate about ZK and modular blockchain scalability, and encouraging participation in Scroll’s ecosystem.
• Fostering collaboration: Creating an interactive learning space where participants could discuss ideas, ask questions, and explore Scroll’s builder opportunities.
• Promoting education: Delivering clear, localized content that helped attendees understand Scroll’s technology, tools, and real-world applications.

Souls Labs is the first and only agency to design and execute a unique Go-to-Vietnam framework—built not on KOL hype or short-term paid media, but on strategies rooted in deep cultural understanding and authentic community building.

Through events, hackathons, and educational content, Souls Labs helps Scroll grow their grassroots adoption and build long-term community trust through localized, human-centered storytelling.

Vietnam ranks among the top three countries globally for crypto adoption, with over 21 million users and nearly $100B in annual transactions. Despite this strong retail presence and a young, mobile-first population, awareness and hands-on experience with advanced Layer-2 solutions like Scroll remain limited.

Most developers and users are familiar with trading, not building. Combined with a shifting regulatory landscape—transitioning from a grey zone toward formal sandbox frameworks in 2025–2026—there’s a clear need for structured education and ecosystem engagement to guide Vietnam’s growing builder base.

Additionally, Vietnam’s evolving regulatory environment makes it challenging to host large-scale blockchain activations, often slowing grassroots engagement and collaboration among builders, creators, and institutions.

To address this gap, Souls Labs is organizing educational and community-driven events that:

• Introduce developers and creators to Scroll’s zkEVM and modular scalability concepts.
• Facilitate hands-on onboarding to Scroll-native dApps and builder tools through webinars and workshops.
• Build a sustainable network of early adopters, community leaders, and future Scroll builders across Vietnam.

Through a consistent series of online webinars, local meetups, and content-driven education, Souls Labs is helping grow a trusted and informed Scroll community that can drive long-term adoption in the Vietnamese market.
