🏡 ETH House
Complementary initiative: ETH House (October 20-November 17, 2025), serving as a pre-hackathon co-working and learning hub offering a collaborative space, networking with Web3 OGs and founders, mentorship access, and technical workshops to prepare participants.
This event leverages Argentina’s Web3 momentum, especially with Devconnect 2025, to drive Scroll ecosystem adoption and innovation.
Empower builders in Argentina and Latin America to create and deploy the Best Consumer Apps on Scroll by combining education, mentorship, and hands-on hackathon experience, accelerating ecosystem adoption and sustainable innovation.
Despite the strong growth of the Ethereum ecosystem in Argentina and across Latin America, there remains a critical gap between the availability of advanced Layer 2 solutions (such as Scroll) and their effective adoption in real-world products built by local developers.
Many builders are eager to develop on Ethereum, but face concrete challenges: a lack of hands-on experience deploying on L2s, limited exposure to practical, user-facing use cases (such as payments, wallet onboarding, and everyday DeFi), and insufficient integration between education, mentorship, and the creation of production-ready applications that can scale beyond a hackathon environment.
This results in an ecosystem with strong technical talent but low conversion into deployed, tested, and user-oriented products, limiting organic Scroll adoption and slowing the emergence of sustainable, community-built applications aligned with real-world needs.
To address this gap, Ethereum Argentina Hackathon 2025 – Tierra de Buidlers is designed as a hybrid, builder-first initiative that combines education, mentorship, and hands-on product development with a strong focus on deploying real applications on Scroll. Through a structured online preparation phase, the ETH House pre-hackathon hub, and an intensive in-person hackathon, participants gain direct experience using Scroll’s infrastructure, tools, and primitives in realistic scenarios.
By providing dedicated Scroll bounties, direct mentorship from ecosystem experts (Tomi, Ali and Ahmed), and incentives to deploy on Scroll, the hackathon enables builders to move beyond experimentation and deliver functional, user-facing products. This approach accelerates Scroll adoption in a high-impact market, transforms local talent into active contributors to the ecosystem, and fosters the creation of scalable solutions tailored to real-world needs in Latin America.
