Our mission is to build a decentralized ride-hailing platform tailored to Africa’s unique transportation needs. By integrating widely used vehicles like rickshaws and motorbikes, simplifying onboarding through wallet or email login, and supporting local payment systems like mobile money and crypto, we aim to make ride-hailing more accessible. We eliminate surge pricing through smart incentives and fair driver bidding, while reducing commission rates and empowering users through community-led governance. 1. Type of Vehicles
   Ride-hailing services are typically concentrated in urban areas and rarely operate in rural regions. Most apps available in Africa focus on luxurious vehicle options, excluding many cities across the continent. These apps were not designed with the typical African transportation ecosystem in mind.
2. User Onboarding
   Most ride-hailing services require users to have a local SIM card to register an account. This can be a tedious process, as obtaining a SIM card can take days or even weeks depending on the country. Many users are discouraged by this hassle and abandon the registration process.
3. Payment Options
   Drivers and riders generally prefer local payment methods they are familiar with, such as mobile money. However, most ride-hailing platforms offer limited payment options, often excluding these local solutions.
4. Surge Pricing
   During peak hours, many drivers decline ride requests due to unfavorable conditions or incentives on other platforms. This results in longer wait and ordering times for riders.
5. Driver Commissions
   Taxi drivers face low earnings, long working hours, and job insecurity. Additionally, they endure high stress due to the high commission rates—often between 35% to 40%—set by non-African companies aiming to match European standards.

   Across many African cities, there is a growing adoption of rickshaws and motorbikes as alternatives to traditional public transport. We aim to tap into this underutilized market by onboarding these drivers to our platform and taking the initiative to serve rural and underserved cities—gaining first-mover advantage.
2. Simplified Onboarding
   We will eliminate the tedious SIM card requirement by allowing users to register using their wallets or email through our in-app wallet authentication system—simplifying user onboarding across different cities.
3. Expanded Payment Options
   Unlike competitors offering only cash or card payments, we will support a wide range of local and digital payment methods, including mobile money and multiple cryptocurrency options, ensuring flexibility for both drivers and riders.
4. No Surge Pricing
   Our blockchain-based ride-hailing app removes the burden of surge fees and long wait times. By onboarding more drivers and enabling real-time negotiation, we can better balance demand and supply. We will also implement a gamified incentive system and an auction mechanism, allowing drivers to bid on rides and providing riders with flexible pricing options.
5. Fair Commission Rates
   We plan to reduce commission rates from the standard 35–40% down to below 15%. By empowering both drivers and riders through a DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization), we promote a more democratic, fair, and inclusive ecosystem. We want users to feel a sense of ownership—not just like customers, but as integral participants in the platform’s success.
