Fund the Agent

Send cUSD to the agent wallet address Example: ₵5 cUSD Reward per user: ₵0.05 Max users: 100

Define the Learning Logic

IF wallet has not been rewarded before AND quiz_score >= 2/3 THEN send 0.05 cUSD to wallet ELSE deny reward
