The first AI-managed Rotating Savings and Credit Association (ROSCA/Susu) built for the MiniPay generation. We replace the risk of human error with NoahAI agents and Smart Contracts, allowing the Ghanaian diaspora in Germany to save securely with friends and family back home.
Mission Summary: To bring the $500B informal economy on-chain by bridging the gap between the diaspora (Germany) and local communities (Ghana). We believe financial tools should be as social as the people using them, but as secure as the Celo blockchain.
"Susu" (community savings) is a lifeline for millions in Ghana and the diaspora, but it is plagued by trust issues and logistical nightmares.
The "Runaway Treasurer": Everyone has a story about a pot collector disappearing with the money.
The Social Friction: It is incredibly awkward to nag friends or family members to pay their weekly dues.
The Diaspora Gap: I live in Germany, but I want to participate in savings circles with my community in Ghana. Sending crypto is fast, but coordinating a 10-person cycle across time zones and currencies is a mess.
SusuFlow AI modernizes the tradition by removing the "middleman" risk while keeping the community spirit.
The AI Treasurer (NoahAI): We use a NoahAI agent to manage the social coordination. The agent sends friendly reminders on Telegram/WhatsApp, answers questions like "When is my payout?", and triggers the smart contract when the pot is full. No more awkward conversations.
Sybil-Resistant Trust (Self Protocol): We integrate Self Protocol to ensure every member is a unique human. This allows us to build "credit scores" for on-chain reputation, preventing people from joining multiple circles just to default.
Seamless Access (MiniPay + thirdweb): Built as a Mini App for Opera Mini, utilizing thirdweb for gasless transactions so users feel like they are using a standard mobile wallet, not a complex dApp.
Our business model is built around high volume, low fees, and radical transparency, targeting the millions of unbanked/underbanked individuals and diaspora users globally. Phase 1: Transaction Fee (MVP) We charge a minimal 0.1% protocol fee levied only on the final pot payout. Example: For a 1,000 cUSD Susu pot, the protocol fee is only 1 cUSD. This is significantly cheaper and more transparent than fees charged by informal collectors or traditional cross-border remittance services. This fee is sent to a Protocol Treasury to cover gas subsidies (if needed) and future development. Phase 2: Premium Circles & Services Once stabilized, we will introduce premium features for a small, optional recurring fee (paid in CELO): Automated Remittance: Integrated flow to convert cUSD payouts to local fiat (e.g., MTN Mobile Money) directly within the app. Credit Scoring: Leveraging Self Protocol to generate verifiable on-chain reputation scores, allowing access to larger, undercollateralized Susu pots. Default Insurance: A small percentage added to the pool to provide collective insurance against rare defaults, managed by a smart contract.
