Since early 2022, we have been collectively developing the concept of Solarpunk nomadism.
From concept development, to community building, to the creation of the first two vehicles and their first uses on the ground.

All the vehicles created by us are community-owned and used for accelerating the transition to a more sustainable society 🛺 ☀️ 🔋 🚲 🏔️ ⛵️ 🌊

In the last months we conducted educational workshops with the electric Tuk Tuk in India and opened the first Nomadic route with a 1.500 Km expedition using a Solarpunk bike in central Europe.

WHO ARE THE SOLARPUNK NOMADS

Changemakers, dreamers, and builders who live nomadic or semi-nomadic lifestyles using zero-carbon emission vehicles (EV vans, EV bikes, sailboats, on foot..) powered by renewable energies.

👉 These nomads are always connected to the internet with satellite connections and are proactive in building a Solarpunk society.

👉 These nomads are the storytellers and main instigators of a society where advanced technology and eco-wisdom will create a brighter future for everyone.

WHAT WE WANT TO BUILD [NOW-DEC2023]

🔜 Launch Solarpunk World Building, a decentralized set of tools to leverage collective creativity to envision a Solarpunk Future

🔜 Build a gamified digital platform with:
-a map with current and future network of Solarpunk Nomads, Safe Places, Routes, Friends
-the Solarpunk World Building hub

🔜 Build the Solarpunk Nomads DApp helping traveling changemakers to:
-monitor and reduce co2 emissions
-access community vehicles and places
-leverage regenerative activities at the local level

WHAT WE HAVE BUILT SO FAR [DURING 2023]

✔️Open the first Solarpunk Nomads route by riding an electric camper bike from Italy to Belgium to test the set-up and connect regen nodes from Southern Europe to Northern Europe.

✔️Complete the set-up of the electric Tuk Tuk in India to be used in education activities and expeditions to document Climate Change (developed in collaboration with AtlantisDAO).

✔️Purchase and initial set-up of the solarpunk Tuk Tuk in India.

✔️Initial setup of a solar-powered E-bike with a trailer, to be stationed in locations in central Europe.

✔️Mission to India to build the first vehicle and conduct educational activities.

✔️ Set up a social treasury for nomads in need.

✔️Completed the Solarpunk Nomadism digital guidebook and distributed it for free to over 200 people.

WHAT WE HAVE BUILT SO FAR [DURING 2022]

✔️ Kickstarted this new concept from scratch.

✔️ Created over 50 original visual artifacts in collaboration with artists.

✔️ Promoted Solarpunk Nomadism with over 600k views on Twitter and over 60 Twitter Spaces.

✔️ Started a social treasury with guidelines for Solarpunk Nomads in need.

✔️ Created a digital hub for nomads on Discord.

✔️ Built an ongoing virtual art exhibition about Solarpunk Nomadism (https://spatial.io/s/Solarpunk-Nomads-exhibition-6315b520c490500001340a6b?share=4245792330981123574).

✔️ Kickstarter the new concept of Solarpunk Safe Place and Regen Lab.

✔️ Launched the Solar Punk Cafes.
