Transition the "Political Violence Information System (SIVeL)" https://gitlab.com/pasosdeJesus/sivel2/-/tree/v2.2 to the web3 and invite its users to the web3 (onboarding). This system is used by thousands of Colombians to understand the conflict, especially at https://base.nocheyniebla.org/casos/mapaosm (but not limited to it), and by workers from several NGOs documenting political violence.

Modernize SIVeL and transition it to the web3

SIVeL solves the problem of documenting the political violence and presenting it to the general public.

This project solves the problem of transitioning this existing public good to the web3 where there will be new users and invite its existing users to the web3 (onboarding)

Allow connecting a web3 wallet to give more functionalities like exporting, donating an in future making alerts

Up to now develop for NGOs with specific requirements
