Sigma Protocol is a next-generation treasury management suite designed for modern on-chain organizations. It replaces rigid "1-person-1-vote" multisigs with Weighted Governance, allowing companies to mirror their real-world equity structures on the blockchain. Sigma also integrates Batch Execution, enabling treasuries to send payroll to dozens of recipients in a single transaction, significantly reducing gas fees and administrative overhead.

Current multisig solutions (like Gnosis Safe) suffer from two major inefficiencies for corporate use:
Rigid Governance:They operate on a "1-wallet-1-vote" basis. This fails to reflect real company structures where a CEO or majority shareholder should hold more voting power than a junior partner.
Inefficient Operations: executing mass payments (like payroll or vendor distributions) requires initiating and signing separate transactions for every single recipient. This wastes hours of time and costs significantly more in network gas fees.
Sigma solves these issues by introducing an Equity-Based Multisig Architecture:
Weighted Voting: We allow creators to assign voting power based on percentage ownership (e.g., Alice has 40%, Bob has 20%). A transaction is only executed when the total percentage of signers exceeds the defined threshold.
Batch Execution Engine: Our smart contracts aggregate multiple transfers into a single transaction hash. This reduces gas costs by up to 40% and allows managers to pay the entire team in one click.
Abstracted Security: We separate the "Controller" (logic) from the "Vault" (funds), ensuring that governance rules can be upgraded without moving assets.
B2B Transaction Fee & SaaS. We charge a small convenience fee on Batch Executions (which still saves users ~40% vs standard gas) and plan to introduce tiered subscriptions for enterprise features like advanced analytics, CSV exports, and priority support.
