SI<3> is a decentralizing universe of emerging tech communities, education and Web3 partners, powered by the industry's diverse voices.

As an organization and team, we are aligned on our shared vision and mission of bringing underrepresented voices and talent to the forefront of the new economy.

We believe decentralizing technologies, underrepresented or untapped communities, and collaborative growth models, will be the drivers of the new economy. Our focus is on creating structure and programming for these groups to identify their shared values, visions and goals...and move together as a united ecosystem.

Si Her Explorers, a free educational space and community for women & non-binary that are in the early days of exploring emerging tech and Web3 (open to all).

Si Her Co-Active, a paid membership group for women & non-binary Web3 leaders looking to grow their voices and impact in the public sphere (by application only).

Si Her Collaborative, a group of over 30 women and non-binary led and focused Web3 communities, driving growth as a collective (by invitation).

Si Her Partners, our network of chains, protocols, DAO's and Web3 organizations aligning with our ecosystem of women & non-binary Web3 explorers, leaders and communities.
