Sei Mutants is an NFT project focused on community, art, and technology. We've leveraged the Sei infrastructure to create the first-ever dynamic NFTs and NFT loans on Sei. Our goal is to provide more liquidity to NFT enthusiasts and communities, building a comprehensive NFT finance platform on Sei.
Impact of NFTFi on the Sei Ecosystem:
NFTs are at the core of any blockchain, fostering communities and driving success. With NFT Loans, we enable users to get quick liquidity for their NFTs without selling them. Users can also lend loans and can earn significant returns, up to 50-100% APY, creating a win-win situation for everyone involved.
We're also building an OTC NFT trading platform where users can securely trade NFTs with other NFTs, incorporating various conditions and milestones. For example, if person A wants to trade their Sei Mutant NFT with person B’s Cappy NFT and also want extra 50 $Sei on top, they can set up a trade and mention all the trade details like they require specific token IDs or additional $SEI on top. Both parties can then lock their NFTs/assets in the contract to proceed with the trade. They can also specify different milestones in the trade, such as Person A and Person B will first lock their NFTs and then Person B can pay the rest 50 $SEI within 1 week of time. This system ensures security of both parties and all terms are met before the trade is completed.
MVP Ready:
We've successfully launched the MVP for NFT Loans (https://hub.seimutants.io/loans) and the beta for OTC NFT trading. We've onboarded 12+ top NFT projects, have 50+ active users utilizing the loan service, and a total liquidity of 10k $SEI in pools.
