As our community grows, so does our vision for Seiberians' role in the web3 ecosystem. Recently, we successfully launched our NFT collection on our own launchpad, offering it completely free to users. Looking forward, we envision Seiberians as a DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization) that creates innovative platforms and projects central to SEI and web3. The Seiberians DAO aims to lead a revolution in blockchain projects, benefiting holders, creators, supporters, developers, and daily users of our products and services on SEI.
Our foundational project, "Planumex," aims to be the primary hub for everything web3 on SEI. It will encompass a trustless decentralized launchpad, marketplace, rentals, exchange, social media, staking, aggregators, and more.
The Planumex Launchpad, used for the Seiberians launch, will be a feature-packed platform for creators and users. Creators can easily create NFT collections, upload metadata, set stages, allocate amounts, manage whitelists, and more. Users will have a seamless experience logging in, viewing drops, and minting NFTs, with real-time status indicators and instant transaction confirmations. The launchpad will continuously evolve with new features and UI improvements.
The Planumex Marketplace will offer the lowest direct marketplace fees, redistributed to Seiberians NFT stakers. Features will include rankings, rarity filtering, floor sweeping, advanced charts, profit and loss tracking, collection ratings and reviews, and more. We also plan to incorporate a referral program, lending program, liquidity incentives, NFT burning, verified collections, adult-only NFTs, and additional unique features.
Introducing NFT Rentals to the web3 space, users can rent NFTs for a specific timeframe, gaining benefits without the ability to send, sell, or burn the NFT. This opens new possibilities, such as renting NFTs for access to websites, hotel rooms, cars, and more.
Planumex will include a token swap section, allowing users to trade tokens seamlessly within their wallets. Converting USDC to SEI or WSEI and facilitating fiat onramps for new users without SEI will be prioritized, enabling users to buy crypto with a debit card or bank account.
Planumex will offer a social media platform similar to Twitter/X, where users can follow projects, discuss crypto-related topics, and share content. Users can log in with their wallets and start posting instantly.
Planumex will support both NFT and token staking. Projects can set their staking parameters, rewards, and privileges. The platform will feature leaderboards showcasing the most active staking communities, highest rewards, votes, and proposals.
Integrating aggregators for NFTs and tokens will help users find the best prices for trades, purchases, or sales. Notable examples include Jupiter for tokens and Blurr for NFTs.
Launchpad Costs
For Seiberians NFT holders, using the Planumex launchpad will be free, whether for a free or paid launch. Holders can also "rent" their NFTs to users for launches.
Affiliates will earn 50% of the marketplace fees from qualifying orders, instantly paid to the referring address, similar to how collection royalties are paid.
We anticipate starting marketplace fees at around 1%, significantly lower than competitors like Opensea (2.5%) and Pallet (2.5%).
Planumex is built using Next.js and React.js as the core framework, with dependencies such as Ethers, RainbowKit, Web3, WAGMI, and others.
Currently, SEI lacks a decentralized hub for project launches that users can trust for security and reliability. Planumex aims to fill this gap, providing a trustworthy platform for all types of projects.
Seiberians is the DAO overseeing the development and governance, while Planumex is one of the projects created by the Seiberians DAO.
