What are you going to build?:
Integrating Optimism into SafeSwap. SafeSwap is a decentralized atomic swap bridge for native tokens. The Atomic Swap protocol enables builders to transport their native tokens to other EVM-based blockchains, without having to rely on wrapped tokens. This new approach will allow builders and users on other chains to expand their activities to Optimism and benefit from low costs, scalability, and an entrepreneurial environment with strong community governance. It offers new and existing projects to make use of technological and commercial advantages on other chains without the need to migrate. Due to the design, builders can enjoy enhanced user security and maintain full control over their tokenomics, thus eliminating the need for third-party liquidity and minimizing the related risks.
Optimism will be one of the connected EVM-based blockchains, other chains currently are Ethereum, Polygon, BNB Chain, and vechain.
