S33D , The Game of Life - is a project to map the wisdom of the life around us, an endeavour of many dimensions ,the primary focus is to engage communities worldwide to connect with and conserve the earths ancient trees. While incentivising the expansion of ancient forrest corridors globally. To do this we are unfurling three main branches of activity. These feed the main trunk, a cohesive and unifying vision that we refer to as “yOur Golden Dream. The three branches feeding the evolution of this vision are.

The Mapping of our ancient friends themselves (NFTrees) , the creation of local seed libraries / tree nurseries (Pods), and the curation of spaces to share the wisdom flowing through these interactions (The Council of Life)

Ancient friends & NFTrees

Incentivising the connection and mapping of ancient trees to an open digital commons - using NFT's and the distribution of S33D hearts, for rewarding mapping at various levels and seasons. Influence tokens specific to individual trees and each species of tree are used to curate various forms of data that can be pinned to this digital map. (far more graceful and lasting than the old tree graffiti). A lottery system built into the S33D hearts distribution encourages the staking of tokens to give our ancient friends economic value as living beings in contrast to their timber / land development value.

S33D Pods

Simple structures and software funded by the community to house heritage seeds and nurse the saplings of ancient genetic stock (important for resistance to future disease potential) Our first prototyped was built in the Sierra Nevada of Colombia along with an MVP app which has since migrated to Airtable. These Pods will also distribute the mapping data as it grows.

The Council of Life

A weekly meeting fleshing out the structure for a fractal council of life - enabling us to browse the collective plant wisdom flowing through the human family. We use this meeting to distribute a 'Dream Council Influence currency' to steer the S33D vision that is presented in our core document 'yOur Golden Dream' we are coming up to our 200th Meeting and your grant donations will help flesh out an updated version of this blueprint, as-well as evolving the 3 pro-types into a cohesive user experience. We have helped one of our long time council members purchase the land he was renting in Kenya and hope to land a second pod their as soon as possible. This was made possible from the NFTees (NFTs to claim limited editon Hemp T-shirts) we made as a funding prototype while building the S33D pod in Colombia.

Preserving the genetics of particular ancient trees, and thus ensuring diverse genetic stock when reforesting areas globally. Connecting young children and the inner children in adults back into nature. Ensuring alternative income streams for communities who rely on timber, or have to resort to selling mining rights due to loss of other income streams.

We are creating incentives streams for mapping ancient trees, thus planting a seed for them to have a living value within the economy, while also growing branches of incentives for nurturing their genetic in tree nursery's, with a comprehensive vision for propagating these to grow forest corridors globally, along with community seed libraries weaving with online and offline plant wisdom sharing circles. The long term vision also includes capturing the deeper data around the cycles of the trees, such as the timing of spring blossoms, first leaves, fruits and mast years. The hypothesis being the amalgamation of this data on a large scale over a longer time period could be analysed to predict traumatic earth events such as floods and droughts - thus being able to take life saving actions earlier than is no possible. We also intend to build a data publishing and curation network around the mapped trees giving all data within the network a tree as an origin point, with various scales from hyper local individual tree ‘living books ‘through species up to the total ‘tree of life book’ being woven by the total network. This publishing network intends to further incentivise the preservation of these ancient trees which can potentially live up to 5000 years, by tagging personal data such as family members we wish to remember, with the community seed libraries (pods) also functioning as a distributed cloud network for pressuring the data. The hope is we can pioneer this game in Europe, with Scotlands right to roam laws being an easy test ground and then present this to communities living in the lungs of the world, the Amazon and Congo Rainforests - Its easy to say don’t chop down the trees from a screen in Europe, but if your hungry and need money or fuel to cook with the reality is not as simple. By offering a financial incentive to become a living guardian of these trees we hope to offer an alternative solution that we can all get behind that is a win for the whole planet.

To begin with an NFT sale of 108 unique artistic wisdom staffs made from different types of wood each with 108 unique background of mapped ancient trees - then a private and public token sale that flows with a community distribution model focused on the mapping of ancient trees with a lottery mechanism to keep it exciting and fund local seed libraries and the accompanying tree nurserys
