Rough roadmap and vision/values

Released rotki v1.35.0 - Culmen It's a big release with 364 commits from 10 different contributors! The biggest features coming in this release are support for Eigenlayer PEPE upgrade, ExtraFI, ODOS, Gnosis Pay and a complete blockchain & accounts view redesign. The feature highlights are: :letsgoooo: Eigenlayer PEPE upgrade - The changes for native restakers as well as the support for AVS claiming is now supported. 🇪 ExtraFI - The extrafi protocol is now fully supported in Optimism and Base. Events are decoded and balances detected. 🦙 Llamazip - Llamazip swaps are now understood and properly decoded in Optimism and Base. 📑 Blockchain & Accounts - The blockchain & accounts view has been redesigned. There is a tab per chain type. All EVM chains are now grouped per address and you can drill down to an address's holdings per asset or per chain. 🏦 Blockpit - Blockpit data can now be imported via CSV into rotki 🪂 Maker/SKY - The MKR->SKY and DAI->USDS migration is now supported. Along with the new tokens, the migrations events are now understood as migration events. 💳 Gnosis Pay - Tighter integration. For premium rotki users, you can interface with gnosis pay and have merchant data overlaid in your history events! There is a lot more than the above.
