Resumi AI is an intelligent resume–job matching platform that helps job seekers understand how well their resume aligns with a specific job role. Users upload their resume, input a job title and job description, and receive a detailed AI-driven analysis highlighting their strengths, weaknesses, skill gaps, and an overall compatibility score.
Beyond analysis, Resumi AI provides each user with a personalized dashboard that tracks historical performance across different job applications, helping them measure improvement over time. By integrating blockchain infrastructure through the Lisk ecosystem, Resumi AI ensures transparency, data integrity, and verifiable career analytics while preserving user privacy.
This project addresses a global employment challenge: millions of qualified candidates are rejected not because they lack skills, but because their resumes are poorly aligned with job requirements.

1. Black-Box ATS Systems: 75% of resumes are rejected by Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) before a human sees them. Job seekers have no way to "test" their resume against these algorithms.
2. Data Privacy: Current AI resume tools store sensitive personal data (emails, phone numbers, work history) on centralized servers, making them targets for data breaches.
3. Lack of Accountability: There is no immutable record of a user's skill growth or "readiness score" over time.

In the long term, the platform will introduce institutional plans for recruiters, training organizations, and Web3 teams, as well as optional blockchain-based verification services powered by the Lisk ecosystem.
