ReFi PACA is building a regional hub for Regenerative Finance in Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur (Southern France), connecting blockchain technology with ecological and social impact projects.
We serve as a bridge between Web3 innovators, environmental initiatives, and local communities to address regional Mediterranean challenges.
Our impact goals are:
Ecological regeneration: Support marine and terrestrial ecosystem restoration projects by providing access to transparent funding mechanisms, tokenization of impact, and decentralized governance models.
Knowledge transfer: Foster cross-sector collaboration by creating educational opportunities for both tech experts to understand & contribute to solve ecological challenges and environmental, social & economic actors to leverage Web3 tools.
Regional resilience: Strengthen local economies through the use of decentralized currencies, impact verification systems, and regenerative economic models that value ecological assets.
Mediterranean coordination: Integrate with the broader ReFi Mediterranean initiative to create coordinated responses to shared bioregional challenges.
By weaving this network, we aim to catalyze at least 10 local impact projects with Web3 tools by 2026, educate 200+ individuals about regenerative finance, and establish PACA as a leader in implementing innovative solutions that align economic activities with planetary health.
