Provena turns a support payment into a controlled workflow instead of a blind transfer. An operator creates a payment intent, attaches the bill or invoice, assigns a verified payee, records verification and review decisions, releases funds only when conditions are satisfied, and generates one proof packet with the audit timeline, release decision, and settlement evidence. The result is a payment system that is easier to trust, easier to review, and easier to repeat for school fees, clinic bills, stipends, and other purpose-bound disbursements.

High-trust support payments are still low-visibility transactions. Families, NGOs, and sponsors can send money across borders, but they usually cannot control four critical things: who receives it, when it is released, what conditions must be met before release, and what proof comes back afterward.
