Pipe already integrates with Interledger, an open payments protocol bridging traditional and decentralized financial systems that transfers Ripple Coin (XRP). Our next step is to integrate with Moralis, connecting the ILP ecosystem to Ethereum-compatible chains (EVM) — creating a bridge between Web2 and Web3 monetization for creators. This directly supports the Gitcoin goal of expanding interoperability among shared public goods, enabling payments that flow seamlessly between fiat, Interledger, and crypto networks.
Expanded token support: With Moralis integration, Pipe will support a growing variety of cryptocurrencies, enabling creators to receive payments not only in XRP, but also in multiple Ethereum-compatible tokens like USDC, MATIC, ETH, and more as the ecosystem evolves.
