The core problem we aim to solve is the deficit in the gaming industry for fast, fair, and transparent multiplayer experiences that can scale and attract a broad audience. We've observed that while players highly value fairness, speed, and trust, existing Web3 solutions often introduce significant friction such as mandatory crypto wallet setup and constant transaction approvals, which severely hinders mass adoption by Web2 users.
Therefore, we address this challenge by delivering a real-time, social deduction game where critical game actions including role assignments and reward distribution are provably fair and tamper-proof on-chain, while simultaneously removing the usual Web3 barriers to ensure seamless onboarding, frictionless gameplay, and an experience that feels native to Web2 players yet trustless for Web3 users.
Our solution is centered on building a highly scalable and trustless social deduction game by balancing fast, off-chain gameplay with on-chain financial integrity.
We have developed a provably fair system that integrates a Verifiable Random Function directly into our smart contracts to ensure complete transparency in critical game elements like role assignments and outcomes. This on-chain logic also manages automated staking, pooled rewards, and payouts.
Crucially, we eliminate the typical barriers of Web3 adoption with our Seamless Web2 Onboarding. This allows new users to sign up using familiar social accounts (like Google or Discord), which invisibly creates and manages their digital wallet for them. Furthermore, we use gas sponsorship to cover transaction fees, enabling players to jump into a match with minimal friction.
All of this is underpinned by a Scalable Infrastructure, as we've migrated our Next.js and Socket.io backend to a high-availability cloud environment to ensure minimal latency and a real-time performance that matches traditional Web2 games.
