Users can simply click a button to initiate a dispute by integrating with any platform.
Once a dispute has been initiated our platform notifies one of our trusted, experienced, and randomly selected mediators of the case.
The mediator has a simple and elegant dashboard where they can stay on top of their cases, chat amongst the parties, and ensure resolutions are quick and effective.
For platforms interested in building extra trust amongst their users, we allow them to hold payment in escrow until a resolution is found.
If an agreement is reached, all parties return to living the Web3 life!
If an agreement is not reached; then the case will be reviewed by either a randomly selected (and anonymous) jury, or depending on the complexity and rules of the platform, a panel of arbitrators.
