PagCrypto is a multichain crypto-to-fiat payments infrastructure that enables users and merchants to settle real-world expenses—such as bill payments and instant bank transfers—directly from stablecoin balances, including USDC and other supported stable assets on Base. By making high-frequency, small-value payments seamless, it drives recurring on-chain activity, stablecoin inflows, and transaction fee generation across the Superchain. The project aims to accelerate adoption on Base through user incentives that encourage bridging, holding, and spending stablecoins as a daily payment rail.
