What are you going to build?:

We will create a builders committee to select open-source projects and work with these projects to bring them new contributors. Our goal is to help new devs in the Optimism ecosystem to help build useful things and meet people during their contributions. Pairing new devs with an open-source project is the most effective method to keep their engagement and retain them within an ecosystem. OnlyDust is a platform that matches developers with open-source projects, providing incentives for their contributions. In addition, it offers tools to help project maintainers manage contributors, create documentation, and write good first issues for their projects
