The mission of this program is to build a transparent, inclusive, and verifiable onchain system for tracking participation and impact. By leveraging Celo’s mobile-first and public-goods-focused infrastructure, the project empowers contributors to own their reputation while enabling organizers to measure engagement, reward meaningful contributions, and foster trusted communities.

Many community programs and public-good initiatives lack a reliable way to track and verify participant contributions. Impact is often recorded off-chain using spreadsheets or centralized tools that are easy to manipulate, hard to verify, and not portable across platforms. As a result, contributors lack a trusted onchain reputation, while organizers struggle to accurately measure engagement and prevent sybil behavior.

This project provides an onchain reputation and impact tracking system built on Celo. It records verified contributions onchain, issues non-transferable achievement badges, and creates public wallet-based profiles. Through trusted attestations and transparent scoring, the system enables verifiable participation, reusable reputation, and credible impact tracking for both contributors and program organizers.

The program operates on a sustainable, infrastructure-first business model focused on providing onchain reputation and impact tooling to organizations, communities, and programs. While core participant features remain free and accessible, revenue is generated through value-added services for program organizers. These include paid access to advanced analytics, custom reputation logic, white-labeled dashboards, and integration support for DAOs, NGOs, accelerators, and grant programs. Additional revenue streams may include deployment fees, enterprise attestations, and premium API access. This model ensures long-term sustainability while preserving open access and aligning with Celo’s public-goods ecosystem.
