The MacaECO Agroforestry Volunteer Project is located on the São Luiz Gonzaga farm in Macaé, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. In the meantime, we welcome volunteers from all over the world to help us with our tasks and, above all, to learn how to work with the basics of agroforestry and sustainable management.

Our volunteers receive on-chain certificates through the Unlock protocol, making their first contact with web3 and having the opportunity to be part of the AgroforestDAO volunteer network, helping to co-create our local and global network, together with our web3 partners (GreenPill Brasil) and local producers of organic and agroforestry products.

MacaECO volunteering stands out from the rest because we are introducing people to WEB3 who have never had any contact with it, presenting projects, creating digital portfolios, interacting on KarmaGap**, SaraFU** and also creating a register of volunteers who will be evaluated and listed on CharmVerse, contributing to the growth of our network of volunteers through regeneration on web3.

O Projeto MacaECO Voluntariado Agroflorestal, esta localizado na fazenda São Luiz Gonzaga, localizada em Macaé, Rio de Janeiro, Brasil. Onde estamos construindo um centro ecológico, enquanto isso, recebemos voluntários de todo o mundo, para nos ajudar com nossas tarefas e principalmente aprenderem a trabalhar com o básico dos manejos agroflorestais e sustentáveis.

Atuamos também capitando projetos de Agroflorestas da região para integrarem a rede AgroforestDAO, nossos voluntários, recebem certificados on-chain pelo protocolo Unlock, fazendo então o seu primeiro contato com a web3, tendo a oportunidade de fazer parte da rede de voluntariado AgroforestDAO, ajudando a co-criar nossa rede local e global, junto com nossos parceiros da web3(GreenPill Brasil) e produtores locais de produtos orgânicos e agroflorestais.

O voluntariado MacaECO, se diferencia dos demais pois estamos, inserindo pessoas na WEB3, que nunca tiveram nenhum tipo de contato com a mesma, apresentando projetos, criando carteiras digitais, interagindo no KarmaGap**, SaraFU** e ainda criando um cadastro de voluntários que passam a ser avaliados e listados no CharmVerse, contribuindo para o crescimento da nossa rede de voluntários pela regeneração na web3.
