As a thriving IRL decentralized community, Lighthouse L2 serves as a gathering place for blockchain enthusiasts, developers,entrepreneurs, students and creatives who are passionate about Web3, regenerative finance (ReFi), and decentralized technologies.
At Lighthouse L2, our mission is to help people learn about Web3 and how to use blockchain technology to solve real-world problems. We teach topics like cryptocurrency, NFTs, and decentralized apps through free classes, workshops, and events. We also support young builders and entrepreneurs with guidance, resources, and a free space to work and collaborate. Most importantly, we focus on using blockchain to create solutions that are good for both people and the planet.
Despite growing interest in blockchain and Web3 technologies in Africa, access to education, mentorship, and collaborative infrastructure remains limited especially in underserved regions like Nigeria in Africa. Many aspiring builders, students, and creatives lack the resources, technical guidance, and inclusive environments needed to explore, learn, and build within the Web3 ecosystem. This creates a gap in local innovation, blockchain adoption, and sustainable development.
Lighthouse L2 bridges this gap by providing a free, inclusive Web3 hackerspace and co-working hub dedicated to education, collaboration, and impact. Through hands-on workshops, regular meetups, mentorship, and access to technical resources, we empower individuals to learn and build in areas such as DeFi, ReFi, DAOs, and Layer 2 technologies. Our hub also offers free event space and co-working facilities to regenerative builders, encouraging community-led innovation, sustainability-focused projects.
