Let's CoCreate (LCC) is a Brazilian Web3 education platform that transforms learning into real project creation. We run cohort-based programs combining practical education, community coordination, and Proof of Work production, without requiring a prior technical background.
Our model follows a continuous pipeline: Learn → Build → Incubate. Students complete structured 8-week cohorts, submit tangible deliverables, earn reputation points, and are selected for project incubation. We have completed two cohorts with 120 participants and 20 projects — 10 of which entered incubation.
LCC operates a hybrid sustainability model: cohort tuition, institutional partnerships, and ecosystem grants. We are building toward a Venture Studio layer and on-chain credentials (educational NFT badges) to make every learner's contribution verifiable and portable across the Web3 ecosystem.
We are registered in Brazil and actively seeking grants to expand our reach to 10,000 participants across 27 states within 18 months.
LCC exists to close the gap between learning and building in Brazil. We turn Web3 education into verifiable action — practical cohorts, real deliverables, on-chain credentials, and a direct path from student to builder to founder.
Brazil ranks 78th out of 131 countries in labor productivity (2024, SINDPD). Only 30% of the population has basic digital skills (Anatel). Digital fraud grew 267% in 2023–2024, with losses exacerbated by low Web3 literacy.
The education gap is structural and three-layered:
Learning without application — people accumulate content but create nothing concrete. Courses teach concepts in isolation, disconnected from real execution.
No safe space to experiment — ideas die before becoming prototypes due to fear, lack of direction, and absence of structured incentive to act.
Distance between learning and the real ecosystem — most courses and communities never connect learners to actual projects, partnerships, or funding opportunities.
The result: a large population of technology consumers who cannot participate in building it — limiting individual opportunity, regional innovation, and Brazil's competitiveness in the global digital economy.
LCC creates the infrastructure for people to go from learner to builder in a structured, low-pressure environment.
Our solution has four layers:
Practical education: Live cohorts (Blocos) of 8 weeks with project-based learning. Every module ends in a deliverable — not a test. Students who submit work earn LCC reputation points tracked on-platform.
Community coordination: Peer feedback loops, mentor sessions, and collaborative project tracks replace passive content consumption with active co-creation.
Proof of Work production: Every cohort generates verifiable artifacts — prototypes, pitches, documented experiments. These form the learner's public portfolio and are the basis for incubation selection.
Incubation pipeline: Top projects from each cohort enter a structured incubation track with mentorship, ecosystem connections, and grant pathways. Future iterations will issue on-chain credentials (educational NFT badges on a low-cost L2) to make reputation portable across the Web3 ecosystem.
LCC aligns with UN SDGs 4, 8, 9, and 10 — quality education, decent work, innovation, and reduced inequalities. Our traction: 2 completed cohorts, 120 learners, 20 projects built, 10 incubated.
Hybrid revenue model: cohort tuition fees (live and recorded courses on our LMS platform), institutional and B2B partnerships, and ecosystem grants tied to educational impact. A commission-based marketplace layer allows independent mentors to publish courses (5–10% platform fee). Future revenue streams include a Venture Studio and on-chain credential issuance. All pricing is in BRL via PIX and credit card (MercadoPago), with scholarship slots to maintain accessibility.
