Kokonut Network funds real farmers, plants real trees, and gives web3 communities a stake in a natural asset that regenerates itself instead of expiring, decaying, or riding the next market cycle.

Already real: a working Framework-built farm in the Dominican Republic, a Regen Coordination grant, and on-chain verification behind every claim below โ not a whitepaper promise.
Kokonut Network uses blockchain and open-source accounting tools to build a community-owned network of nature-based, sustainable assets. Our mission: encourage, organize, fund, and oversee purpose-built Syntropic Farms.
We forge these partnerships through the Kokonut Framework โ a working combination of agriculture, blockchain, land, and weather data. Because coconut trees get replanted rather than retired, the underlying asset doesn't carry the shelf life of a typical crop cycle or token emission schedule.
Kokonut Adelphi, our flagship farm in the Dominican Republic, isn't a projection: 96 coconut trees, 7 jobs created, and a live MRV pipeline reporting to a public data hub today. Kokonut Network has also been funded through the Regen Coordination Global GG23 round โ this isn't our first time proving the model works.
Kokonut Network is the coordination layer: open-source, web3-native tooling wrapped around a modular, plug-and-play framework built to expand without a ceiling. Every piece of the ecosystem is built against our core values, including a direct commitment to protecting the interests of minorities in every community we work with.
Zero waste, fully circular โป๏ธ
Coconut palms are among the most cultivated trees on Earth and the world's leading source of vegetable fat โ food, drink, shelter material, and byproducts, nearly all from one tree.
The coconut products market was valued at $11.5 billion in 2018 and was projected to grow at a 13.6% CAGR through 2026, with coconut oil alone already accounting for more than half of that market. It's a versatile crop with real health, environmental, and biodiversity benefits โ exactly why it holds up as the backbone of a natural asset class instead of a niche one.
Our hybrid Framework is built for community-centered impact โ addressing systemic issues in underserved areas, building climate resilience, and improving daily life without deforestation as the price of admission.
Verified, not just claimed. We track environmental and social impact through the EBF Framework and publish reports via Karma GAP and our API-ready Data Hub โ built for long-term compatibility with the ReFi and climate communities, not a one-off report. The Framework's impact spans air, soil, biodiversity, equity, and carbon.

Kokonut Network exists to lower the barriers to agricultural funding and democratize investment in real-world projects. We use blockchain to establish a network of farms, creating value for local communities and everyone participating in the network.
By building on Regenerative Agriculture, we're setting the project up for long-term prosperity โ restoring degraded soils, nurturing the land, and supporting stable harvest cycles that keep paying off for years, not one season.
Syntropic Farming isn't a concept we're betting on โ it's a proven approach: a reliable income source for farmers, a wide range of products for consumers, and a boost to the local economy along the way.
It also protects the environment directly โ an alternative to deforestation, reduced reliance on pesticides, and new rural jobs that keep people on the land instead of pushing them toward the nearest city.

The problem was never the land. It's the coordination layer around it.
Grassroots farmers already have the land, the knowledge, and the labor. What they don't have is access to capital, transparent governance, or a way to prove their impact โ so productive land stays undercapitalized, and short-term survival wins out over long-term stewardship. That's what pushes people to cut trees for cooking fuel and income rather than protect them: not a lack of care, but a lack of financial incentive to do otherwise.
Most of the labor in agriculture is done by farmers trapped in poverty โ not because their land can't produce, but because they lack the processes, tools, and market access to compete with the corporate supply chains that capture most of the value further down the chain, from processing to retail.
This is where the coconut sector shows the pattern clearly: it's one of the world's most versatile, high-demand crops, yet the farmers growing it rarely capture the value it creates. (See the problem, in our own words โ)
Blockchain, open data, and transparent protocols close that gap โ for DAO members, farmers, and partners alike. They simplify fundraising and coordination while actively monitoring flora and fauna, including endangered species, so funding and ecological stewardship move together rather than compete.
Through a Framework with standardized, auditable processes, we create real jobs and improve quality of life for everyone contributing to the network โ and we can point to where it's already working: Kokonut Adelphi, our women-led flagship farm in the Dominican Republic, publicly funded and publicly verifiable today.
The goal: a fair mechanism to fund, manage, and grow Syntropic Farms, with environmental preservation built in rather than bolted on.
