KAYABA LABS is a blockchain research and development lab in Accra, Ghana, with a global vision for Web3 innovation.
The KayabaLabs DApp Nursery is a two-week v builder program that equips African developers to build mobile-first, on-chain consumer applications through structured learning, hands-on workshops, and mentorship. Led by KayabaLabs DApp Nursery, the initiative aligns with a broader mission to train individuals and organizations in web and blockchain development, incubate high-potential projects, and collaborate globally from West Africa’s emerging tech hub to advance the blockchain ecosystem through education, innovation, and applied R&D.
Web and blockchain innovation is advancing rapidly, yet much of West Africa’s technical talent remains underutilized due to limited access to practical training, technical implementation support, and real-world exposure. Builders and organizations often lack structured pathways to move from learning to shipping production-ready applications, while promising ideas stall without mentorship, research depth, or market alignment.
Without initiatives like KayabaLabs DApp Nursery bridging education, nurturing, and applied R&D, the region risks being a passive consumer of blockchain technology rather than an active global contributor.
We train individuals and organisations in Web Development and blockchain development, incubate groundbreaking projects, and conduct strategic market research across international markets. Operating from West Africa's emerging tech hub, we collaborate with partners worldwide to advance the blockchain ecosystem through education, innovation, and cutting-edge R&D.
