Index wallets are a payment based crypto economic mechanism that show promise of enabling:

• Funding for public goods
• Wealth equalizing dynamics
• Voluntary taxation

If successful, index wallets may be an alternative public goods funding mechanism for network states like Zuzalu and Vitalia.

This funding will go towards invalidating index wallets as a mechanism (showing that it doesn't work, for some reason). To achieve this we'll do:

1. game theoretic analysis
2. agent based economic simulation
3. experiments with prototype digital games
