Milestone 1 – Deployment and basic functionality
Deploy smart contract on mainnet/testnet Celo. Core ERC20 functions: transfer, approve, transferFrom. Users can send messages and earn HC tokens (max 10/day).
Milestone 2 – User interface and basic feedback
Basic DApp UI: sending messages, checking remaining daily rewards. Collect feedback from initial testers on functionality and usability.
Milestone 3 – Optimization and security
Analyze gas usage and optimize smart contract. Test daily reward limits and abuse resistance. Verify owner functions: pause/unpause, burn, rescueERC20.
Milestone 4 – Enhanced DApp features and testing
Add small feature improvements to the DApp (e.g., message sorting, remaining rewards display, minor UI tweaks). Collect extended feedback from testers to identify usability issues. Test and ensure robustness of reward system under higher activity.
Milestone 5 – UI/UX improvement and final report
Implement final UI/UX improvements for better user experience. Summarize test data and feedback. Apply final fixes and prepare report for Karma GAP and community.
