Homewood Housing Circle is a community-governed affordable housing renewal program that funds small-scale repairs, rehabilitation, and stabilization projects while preserving affordability and preventing displacement. It uses EVM-compatible coordination tooling—such as permissioned community voting, stablecoin disbursements, and on-chain attestations—to transparently allocate capital and track outcomes. The initiative aims to demonstrate a replicable, neighborhood trust–based model for regenerative, locally directed housing finance in the Web3 ecosystem.
