The platform addresses the limitations of traditional hiring methods that rely on static resumes and unverified claims by introducing a verifiable, privacy-preserving, and automatically updating digital portfolio system. Using AI models such as Gemini and Hugging Face, HireNexa analyzes a developer’s GitHub repositories to extract their top skills, key projects, and professional summaries. This information is encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption, stored securely on IPFS, and represented as a unique NFT portfolio on the Celo blockchain.
