Project identity is critical in order to defragment the public goods funding stack, and provide an anchor between differnt public goods funding stack like Gitcoin, Giveth, Allo, Octant and others. We need a way to unite project identifiers across blockchains and platforms, in order to report on funding inputs, and impact outputs under a single identity.
