CONCEPT - Description:
AUTOMATING CIRCULAR ECONOMY

GreenDAO is a non-profit, all-in-one marketplace committed to sustainability, run on a native commodity TOKEN and governed by a DAO (online presence) / NGO (legally registered).

We facilitate open markets and provide in-house financing solutions for green energy systems.

Our MARKETPLACE continuously fuels a financial reserve from which members can redeem values in the form of green energy systems!

Our platform connects participants in the sustainable tourism industry with providers of green energy solutions, creating a customer marketplace for both.

We provide a financial bridge for touristic entities in order to acquire green systems while returning the value, in time, with their own goods and services, on our platform.

Our mission is to create a commercial system that accelerates the transition to sustainability by providing the necessary green energy systems to our members in order to reach energy independence.

Because trust is gained through actions:

1. We start with a normal e-commerce platform that uses the profit generated to acquire green energy systems for its members, running on a native commodity token, and governed by a DAO/NGO. (MVP)
2. Focusing on sustainable touristic locations, we promote and support local development by providing the necessary green systems to reach energy independence.
3. After validation and strategic partnerships, we crowdfund the financial reserve - the SUSTAINABILITY VAULT, and build the final platform. By selling the tokens to individuals we consolidate the customer base for our goods & services listed in the GREEN MARKET by the entities in sustainable tourism that benefited from green systems.

Project OBJECTIVES:

1. AUTOMATING CIRCULAR ECONOMY - Fee-less, decentralised, e-commerce platform that rewards users with green - energy packages.
2. UTILITY INDEPENDENCE - Empowers individuals, artists, freelancers, and small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to achieve utility independence and sustainability through their normal business activities
3. FINANCING FOR GREEN - ENERGY SYSTEMS - LOANS for Green infrastructure! Giving investors and normal users a chance to invest in larger green projects!

DAO & GOVERNING:
The full governance structure is composed of the NGO legal structure composed of a President, Board of Directors, legally registered Members and the online DAO FORUM and COUNCIL, both together form THE COMMUNITY that gathers all members, collaborators, investors and supporters for the mission of building towards a sustainable future.

PARTICIPATION:
The GreenDAO project offers access to sustainable infrastructure, addressing the pressing need for regenerative energy solutions.
