The Geo Web's PCO (aka Harberger tax) land market ensures that the most productive and compelling publishers can't be squeezed out by speculators. This market also provides a compounding source of public goods funding for OSS, builders, artists, educators, & permissionless market incentives.
The Geo Web was the first community to run a self-service QF round on the Gitcoin Grants Stack in July with many more to come!
What's Funding For
This grant will help fund weekly stipends for the core team leading Geo Web technical & community development—codynhat, gravenp, & tnrdd.
Our current focus is on the infrastructure and standards for Geo Web application development. We're working with two new independent teams (from the recent protocol QF round!) to establish the right approach and tooling to enable interesting visual and spatial audio experiences on the Geo Web.
