Our goal is to encourage reduction of carbon footprint (globally): - Development of Eco-Labeling Technology: Leveraged high-definition satellite imagery to monitor and assess agricultural practices. This technology allows for the precise analysis of vegetation health, water usage, and overall sustainability practices on farms. - Blockchain Integration: Implemented a secure blockchain framework to ensure that all data captured and processed is immutable and transparent. This system allows for the creation of a trustable eco-label that is both verifiable and non-repudiable. This means on chain oracles can interact with live API satellite imagery to verify environmental compliance. - Stakeholder Engagement: Worked closely with agricultural organisations, technology partners, to align the project with industry standards and ensure it meets the needs of all stakeholders. Key stakeholders include: Riga Technical University Institute of Energy Systems and Environment, Chainlink Labs for integrating their oracle infrastructure with our application, Star.Vision leading AI satellite company for scaling our solution.
