Gamr.lol is a video game promotion platform where developers can launch and promote their games by offering financial incentives to players. These incentives are awarded to the top 1000 players on the leaderboard, driving participation and engagement. The platform is designed to support Web 2 games that can’t use blockchain features on traditional platforms due to App Store restrictions, providing a new space for these games to reach their audience. Additionally, Gamr.lol helps Web 3 games expand their reach and visibility by offering incentives to players across the entire leaderboard. As players receive various rewards, they are encouraged to engage with games they haven’t tried yet, further boosting player involvement and game discovery. Developers can also test new ideas and improve games based on feedback while rewarding players for valuable input.

Based on our own experience trying to implement the advantages of blockchain technology, we found ourselves unable to participate in any app stores, which is why we embarked on this project with great passion. Our goal is to merge two technologies that currently lack a platform for development. We want to enable mobile games to leverage the benefits of the blockchain technology, allowing players to be incentivized to try new games, rather than relying on large corporations to pay for advertising on their own platforms.

Additionally, publishers are paid the revenue generated from in-app purchases after a 120-day period, during which Gamr.lol retains the interest generated from those transactions as their primary source of income. This model allows developers to keep the bulk of their earnings while the platform sustains itself through the interest accrued on delayed payments. The focus is on offering a sustainable and low-barrier entry for developers while maximizing player engagement through rewards.
