EduToken Stipend Manager is a blockchain-based platform that issues and manages educational stipends using a custom ERC20 token called EduToken (EDU). The system allows institutions, sponsors, or governments to assign stipend payments to students in a secure, transparent, and time-locked manner. Students can view and withdraw their stipends once they are unlocked, ensuring fair and accountable distribution of educational support.
