It also enables new token transfer possibilities such as payment automations, a blockchain equivalent of standing orders and hands-off trading capabilities. A user can now assign smart contracts, the rights to transfer tokens to platforms such as Decentralized Exchanges (e.g for liquidity provision), without the user being directly involved.
