Dream DAO: Cultivating the Future of Web3 with Gen-Z
Dream DAO is the only DAO investing in Gen-Z’s (15–20 yo) by providing them with the essential tools and opportunities to succeed in the Web3 ecosystem.
Abstract
Dream DAO is a Web3 social impact initiative driven by and for Gen-Z’s. The DAO consists of Builders, Gen-Z’s aged 15-20, who are interested in exploring the intersection between web3 and social impact. Complementing them are Dream DAO Champions, established leaders representing a range of industries who generously lend their expertise, network, and other resources to the DAO.
The "Learning Together Sessions," held weekly, are educational talks featuring prominent figures from the web3 and social impact spheres, that lead to a community discussion on a topic related to web3.
Dream DAO’s most dedicated Builders are given the opportunity to attend and co-organize IRL events & web3 conferences like NFT.NYC, Web3Conf in Goa, ETHMéxico & Devcon VI. They are also encouraged to take part in hackathons and other valuable experiences.
The Dream DAO Bootcamp is a three-week initiative designed to onboard and educate new builders about the fundamentals of Web3 technology, and onboard them to Dream DAO. This effort started last season, with 50 builders integrated into the DAO.
