A decentralized journal application (DApp) built on the Celo blockchain that allows
users to write permanent, timestamped diary entries. Once saved to the blockchain,
these entries become immutable—meaning they cannot be changed, deleted, or censored—creating a
secure and everlasting personal timeline of thoughts and experiences.

To provide a secure, decentralized, and censorship-resistant
platform for self-expression, allowing individuals to preserve their thoughts,
memories, and ideas forever on the blockchain without fear of data loss or manipulation.

Traditional digital journals and note-taking apps are vulnerable:
they can be edited after the fact, deleted accidentally or maliciously,
lost if the service provider shuts down, or accessed by third parties. Users
lack a truly permanent, censorship-resistant, and verifiable way to preserve
their personal history or prove the existence of an idea at a specific point in time.

We utilize the immutable nature of the Celo blockchain to store
diary entries permanently. By writing entries directly to the
blockchain, we generate a cryptographic timestamp for every note.
This ensures that once an entry is "Saved to Chain," it becomes an
unalterable part of history, fully owned by the user via their wallet,
with no possibility of deletion or modification by anyone.
