Overview
To launch DeSci Asia’s on-chain governance, we propose establishing a dedicated fund pool on the Garden platform, seeded with 500 USDC from our Arbitrum multi-signature treasury. This pool will use ARB tokens as the governance asset and leverage Garden’s advanced voting mechanisms to empower working group members to submit and vote on funding proposals aligned with DeSci Asia’s mission.
In this initial phase, access will be limited to DeSci Asia working group members, ensuring governance experimentation and funding distribution remain community-aligned.

Proposal Process

Upon approval, funds are automatically transferred to the wallet specified in the proposal via Garden smart contracts.
Transparency & Oversight
