Crowd Funded Cures is a Web3 charity / Impact DAO (partnered with Rymedi, VitaDAO, Molecule, PsyDAO, and LabDAO and receiving advisory support from Protocol Labs and the Health Impact Fund) whose mission is to use combine IP-NFTs with Hypercerts to incentivise the funding of clinical trials for low-cost / off-patent therapies (e.g. psychedelics or generic longevity drugs).
By re-aligning private incentives in the medical industry away from monopoly-priced patented medicines and towards low-cost, open-source therapies, we can use the revenue generated by cost-savings to treat and potentially cure millions of patients and improve global health and well-being, while also driving funding into the DeSci ecosystem.
