Reinvigorate the sales of Public Nouns to bring more people into the Public Nouns community

There had only been 1 Public Noun sales in a more than 2 week period. People joining the community was slowing down drastically. This was an experiment to see if that could be changed and have activity pick up. Public Noun #40 is a very special PN.
