Community Building Project for SEI Network in Vietnam

The SEI Vietnam project is an initiative to build and develop the SEI Network community in Vietnam. The goal of the project is to increase awareness and understanding of SEI Network and blockchain in general, encourage member participation, and develop the blockchain ecosystem in Vietnam.
