CLRfund is running Dominant Assurance Contract (DAC) experiment.
Essentially, CLRfund is crowdfunding a QF matching pool.
If the crowdfunding target is hit, then all of the funds go towards a QF matching pool for Ethereum public goods.
But if the crowdfunding campaign fails, all addresses that contributed funds are fully refunded and receive an additional 20% bonus.
